WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 16 pm Beijing ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
We use e-packet standard international shipping method in reachable countries.
They are United States,United Kingdom,France,Canada,Russia,Japan,Korea,Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand,Saudi Arab,Vietnam,Israel,Poland,Spain,Germany,Australia,Turkey,Netherlands,Hungary,Switzerland,Sweden,Austria,Belgium,Italy,Luxembourg,Denmark,Greece,Portugal,Norway,Ireland,Finland,New Zealand,Brazil,Mexico.
We use China Postal Shipping with tracking for the rest countries.
Beyond that, we use Fedex/DHL ecommerce shipping methods on your need.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that your local post is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if your post office is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.
Customs fees and additional fees may apply to international shipments with the Standard and Standard Plus shipping methods. Contact your local customs office for more information.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?
Any international orders processed using Standard or Standard Plus shipping methods may incur customs and additional fees. Because of this, we include a note in the shipping step of checkout letting you know that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. We know that the customs office is not a fun place, but we need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of your goods. Otherwise, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not to OnSello. Since we do not have control over the customs authorities in your country and since fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties and taxes, and how to avoid them. Most countries allow up to a certain value of good into the country without any additional duties and taxes.
For certain countries we offer a Premium shipping method that includes prepayment of all customs and duties.
WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
International postal services place a 2kg limit per package on international shipments. If your order is above 2kg, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
All orders with DHL and Fedex shipping must be placed by 16 pm Beijing for same-day shipping. Orders with DHL and Fedex shipping placed after 16 pm Beijing will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS
Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $200.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR BOXES?

TRACKING AN ORDER
To check your order status:
- Log in to your OnSello account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
Free shipping valid in the reachable countries for E-packet and internationally for the Standard (3-5 weeks) shipping option. If you choose another shipping method, regular charges will apply. To participate, select the free shipping option displayed at checkout. Please note, at this time we do not offer weekend delivery on express shipping options.
